Formed in March 2004, Anilox Metering Technology have established a firm reputation for Innovation and Quality throughout the Metal Decorating World.
Steve Jacombs and Peter Gallagher formed Anilox Metering Technology. Managing Director Steve was the original designer of the Anilox System for the Metal Decorating Industry, and has been involved on well over 350 conversions to Anilox over the last 20 years. Steve is a current Director of the International Metal Decorators Association and is considered the leading world authority on Anilox Systems.
Peter is the Company’s Technical Director and an Anilox Specialist. He runs the Anilox Metering Technology in-house design studio. Peter personally visits every client to draw all the components on every Unit we supply. This means that every Anilox Metering Conversion supplied by AMT is unique and personalized to exactly fit your needs. Peter has also had first hand experience of over 350 Anilox Conversions throughout the world.
One of the services that makes Anilox Metering Technology unique within the Metal Decorating World is that we are the only Anilox company to engrave our Mechanical Anilox Rollers in-house. This is done using the specialist skills of Eric Whitley. Eric has well over 30 years experience in mechanical engraving and throughout his career has engraved over 5000 rollers. This gives Eric an experience that simply cannot be matched within the industry.
Anilox Metering Technology has an In-House level of Quality, “Excellence in Anilox.” Every product supplied by AMT is subject to our rigorous levels of quality control testing. This ensures that nothing leaves our factory without hitting the highest standards that we set for ourselves. This is another major advantage of engraving our own Rollers, as we can be certain that everything we send out to our customers is of the highest quality, giving us a major advantage over the Anilox companies who out-source their Roller production.
At our Head Office we have specialist Accounts and Logistics departments as well as a dedicated Marketing Team, headed up by David Broadbent. David came to Anilox Metering Technology from a background in Newspaper Advertising and Public Relations and is responsible for Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing strategy and AMT’s corporate image.
Despite operating on an international scale Anilox Metering Technology retain the values of being a Family Company. This is down to both Joanne Jacombs and Cath Gallagher. Cath is the Company Secretary whilst Joanne is the Financial Director of the Company and heads the Accounts department. This truly makes Anilox Metering Technology a Family company in a Global Market.
